Details on The Heavy Chip Floor Package: This flooring package is usually completed in a day but inclement weather could prolong the project time as we can not epoxy during rain. We grind the floor first in order to create a Concrete Surface Profile so that the coating will have something to grip onto. Then we do light hole filling and fill all cracks up to 1" wide no matter how long they are! Then we coat the floor and the sidewalls with General Polymers by Sherwin Williams 100% Solids at 12 mils thick. While the first coat is still wet we apply your choice of 8 Different Blends of Sherwin Williams Decorative Chips onto the floor until fully covered. The heavy amount of chips give your floor a deep and uniform appearance and can help deflect attention away from uneven or wavy concrete. We coat but do not chip or patch the sidewalls on this package. After the coating dries we scrape the chips, vacuum the loose chips, and install your Clear Coat Polyurethane onto the chipped floor and onto the sidewalls. Call To Schedule! 281-849-3070 Call Now!
